STORE POLICY

BlingxAddict takes pride in the quality of our items. We are not responsible for damaged items during shipping and use great measures to reduce any damages in the shipping process.

If an incorrect item has been sent, you must notify us at sales@blingxaddict.com, and it MUST be sent back within 5 business days for exchange and an email for the shipping label will be sent to you.

We are not responsible for lost packages from postal services (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or DHL) or incorrect. 

 

All custom orders are non refundable and returnable. All items are FINAL SALE. This means NO REFUNDS. If you check out and place an order you are agreeing that you agreed to the store policy and other policies & terms provided on this website.

If there is an issue, please reach out to sales@blingxaddict.com with your Name and Order number within 2 days of delivery. If there is an error in style or product quality error, a picture of the item received must be provided and the item MUST be returned in its ORIGINAL CONDITION to be given store credit. There are no cash refunds, store credit only. 

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON CUSTOM ITEMS

I love creating unique items at your request! With that comes being very specific on notes left for custom orders. I will make the item according to YOUR description. We are not responsible if you did not input the information for custom orders correctly - all items are final sale.

For phone cases, items will be made with the details left in your notes (some items may or may not fit on the case, which will be discussed during the creation process).

For crystal cups, if you do not leave a note for the color of the name, we will pick at random (black, crystal ab, or crystal clear). Be sure to be clear and descriptive for these kinds of orders. Please be precise in what you want.

If the original cup type (acrylic) & color/size is not available a metal cup with a similar color/size (can use both hot and cold drinks) will be designed on if the specific cup type is not requested. If a specific cup is requested, you will be notified and we will discuss the next steps. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

All crystal tumblers items are final sale due to sanitary reasons and customizable options. We do not accept any returns for items. Once your order is completed and ready for shipment you will receive a tracking number in your email. All orders are shipped with immense care to ensure protection during transit. 

 We have a certain processing time for handmade items - all processing time is listed on the product listing on our website.
